Refund policy

7-day returns. If you do not like a product, message us within 7 days of delivery. Unused items in their original packaging are collected from you free of charge and refunded by bank transfer within 5 business days of the item reaching our warehouse.

Damaged or wrong item: send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we replace it free, or refund you in full.

Not returnable: personalised items (custom photo or name products) unless they arrived damaged or with an error on our side, and hygiene items that have been opened.

Refused at the door: you may refuse a parcel on delivery and pay nothing. Please tell us on WhatsApp so we can stop the courier earlier next time.
