How it works

Four steps, no card needed

1. Pick what you like. Every price already includes delivery anywhere in the UAE.
2. Check out with your name, address and phone. No account, no card. Choose cash on delivery.
3. We confirm on WhatsApp. A short message to make sure the address and time suit you. Then we ship from Dubai, usually the same day.
4. Pay the driver when it arrives. 1 to 3 days for most addresses. Count your items at the door.

Didn't like it?

Message us within 7 days of delivery. If the item is unused and in its packaging, we arrange the return and refund you by bank transfer. If it arrived damaged, we replace it free.

Why no card?

Because you should see the product before you pay for it. That is how we would want to shop, so that is how Zyy works.
